About Artreestry & Our Marble

What makes Artreestry different from other marble brands?

Every Artreestry piece is hand-carved and hand-finished from genuine natural marble — no resin, no composite, no shortcuts. We design and quality-check our collection from our studio in Richmond, Texas, with artisan craftsmanship from Pakistan, a region known for centuries of marble carving tradition. We currently offer pieces across 23+ marble varieties spanning Board Games, Kitchen & Dining, Barware, Home Décor, Office & Desk, Bathroom & Wellness, and Gifts & Bundles.

Is every product really handmade?

Yes. Each piece is cut, carved, sanded, and polished by hand by skilled artisans. Because of this, no two pieces are perfectly identical — small natural variations in veining and tone are part of what makes solid marble beautiful, not a flaw.

How many marble colors and varieties do you offer?

Ordering & Customization

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, choose your preferred marble color and size where applicable, and check out securely through our website. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by a shipping notification once your piece is packed and on its way.

Can I customize a product — engraving, size, or color?

Many of our pieces are available in multiple marble colors and, for select products, multiple sizes — just choose your options on the product page. For engraving, monogramming, or fully custom pieces, visit our Custom Marble Inquiry page and tell us what you have in mind.

I don't see the marble color I want — can you make it?

Possibly. Many of our designs can be produced in additional marble varieties beyond what's listed. Reach out at info@artreestry.com or through our Custom Marble Inquiry page and we'll let you know what's feasible.

Do you accept wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes. We work with retailers, interior designers, and corporate gifting programs. Visit our Wholesale page to learn about pricing tiers and submit an inquiry.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't entered production or shipped yet, we're usually able to accommodate changes or cancellations. Email us as soon as possible at info@artreestry.com with your order number.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and most countries worldwide via trusted carriers including DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

When is shipping free?

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout on all orders over $100, worldwide — no code required.

How long does delivery take?

Handling takes 2–4 business days as each piece is inspected and packed by hand, with transit typically adding 4–14 business days depending on destination. Full details and country-by-country estimates are on our Shipping Policy page.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email within 24–48 hours of your order shipping. Every order ships with full tracking, domestic and international.

Returns, Refunds & Damages

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery on eligible items. Full details, including condition requirements, are on our Refund & Return Policy page.

How do I start a return?

Email info@artreestry.com with your order number and reason for return, and our team will walk you through the next steps within 24 hours.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Contact us within 4 days of delivery at info@artreestry.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice — and in most cases you won't need to return the damaged item.

When will I receive my refund?

Once a return is received and inspected (or a damage claim is approved), refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Marble Care & Quality

How do I clean and care for my marble piece?

Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry immediately. Avoid acidic liquids (citrus, vinegar, wine) sitting on the surface, harsh chemical cleaners, and abrasive scrubbing. Full care instructions, including stain removal and sealing tips, are in our Marble Care Guide.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

It will be true to the marble color and design shown, but because marble is a natural stone, veining, tone, and pattern will vary slightly from piece to piece. This natural variation is part of what makes each item one of a kind.

Is marble durable enough for daily use?

Yes — marble is dense, heavy, and naturally cool to the touch, making it excellent for chess sets, coasters, serving boards, and decor that gets regular handling. With basic care it will last for generations, though we recommend avoiding direct contact with sharp knives or extreme heat.
