Our Refund & Return Policy
Every Artreestry piece is handcrafted with care. If something is not right, we will make it right β simply and without fuss.
At Artreestry, every piece of marble homeware is hand-carved and individually inspected before it reaches you. We are proud of what we make β and we stand behind it fully. If your order arrives damaged, differs from its description, or simply is not what you expected, our returns process is here to help. We aim to make every Artreestry experience a positive one, from first purchase to long-term ownership.
30-Day Return Window
Artreestry accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date you receive your parcel. This applies to all products across every category β chess sets, kitchen & dining pieces, barware, office items, home dΓ©cor, bathroom accessories, and gifts.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original packaging intact. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please see the Damaged Items section below β different rules apply in your favour.

Please review the conditions below before initiating a return. Items that do not meet our return criteria will be returned to the sender at their cost.

Not Eligible for Return
Items used, washed, or modified β’ Items without original packaging β’ Custom or personalised orders β’ Items damaged after receipt by misuse β’ Returns initiated after 30 days
Please note: natural marble contains unique veining, colour variation, and surface character. These are features of the stone, not defects, and are not grounds for return. Slight tonal differences from product photography due to screen resolution or lighting are also not considered defects.
How to Initiate a Return
Our returns process is straightforward. Follow these steps and we will guide you through everything:

Contact Us by Email
Email info@artreestry.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and β if applicable β clear photos of the item and packaging. We respond within 24 hours.

Receive Return Authorisation
Our team will review your request and issue a return authorisation (RA) number along with the correct return address. Do not ship items back without receiving this first.

Pack and Ship Your Item
Repack the item carefully in its original packaging β marble is fragile. Use a sturdy outer box with adequate padding. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to protect your return.

We Inspect and Confirm Receipt
Once your return arrives at our fulfilment centre, we inspect it within 48 hours and notify you by email that it has been received.

Refund or Exchange Processed
Your refund or exchange is processed within 48 hours of inspection confirmation. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3β6 business days for your financial institution to post the amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Artreestry piece arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us at info@artreestry.com within 7 days of receipt with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item, with all original tags still attached
- A photo of the outer packaging showing any visible transit damage
In cases of damage on arrival or a shipping error on our part, Artreestry will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference β no questions asked.
Return Postage
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Artreestry cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
If a pre-paid return label is requested, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount. Please contact us at info@artreestry.com to arrange this before shipping.
For returns due to a defect, shipping error, or damage on arrival, Artreestry covers all return shipping costs in full.
Products ship from and are returned to our US, UK, or overseas fulfilment centre. We will confirm the correct return address when issuing your return authorisation.
Refunds & Processing Times
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be initiated within 48 hours. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow an additional 3 to 6 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the funds to your account. These processing times are outside our control and vary by financial institution.
You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been initiated. If you have not seen the refund after 7 business days of receiving our confirmation, please contact your bank directly, then reach out to us if the issue persists.
Product Exchanges
If you would prefer a different marble colour, size, or product entirely, we are happy to arrange an exchange within the 30-day return window. Simply contact us at info@artreestry.com with your order number and the details of the exchange you would like.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or credit towards a future purchase.
Marble Colour & Natural Variation
Artreestry products are carved from natural marble and stone. Each piece is unique β no two products are identical. Natural stone contains inherent variations in veining, pattern, colour tone, and surface texture. These variations are part of the beauty and authenticity of natural marble, and are not considered defects.
Product photography aims to accurately represent the marble type and general colouration of each piece. However, screen resolution, monitor calibration, and ambient lighting can affect how colours appear on different devices. Minor differences in colour tone between your screen and the physical product are not grounds for return.
