Handling & Processing Time
Because every Artreestry product is hand-carved and hand-finished from natural marble, each order receives individual attention before it leaves our workshop. Our standard handling time is 2β4 business days.
During this period, your item is:
- Inspected for quality β every surface, edge, and finish is checked
- Cleaned and polished to our premium standard
- Packed with protective foam and custom-fit packaging to prevent transit damage
- Photographed and documented for your order record

International Customs & Duties
Artreestry ships worldwide and declares all shipments accurately as required by international law.
- Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country
- Customs processing times are outside our control and may add to your delivery estimate
- We declare all goods at their true value β we cannot under-declare for customs purposes
- Most orders to the USA and Australia clear customs without delays

Damaged or Defective Items
We pack every marble piece with exceptional care using protective foam inserts and reinforced outer packaging. In the rare event your order arrives damaged:

- Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund β whichever you prefer
- You will not be required to return the damaged item in most cases

Does Artreestry really ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to the USA, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and most countries worldwide. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, email us and we will confirm within 24 hours.
When does the free shipping threshold apply?
Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders with a cart value of $100 USD or more β worldwide, no code required.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes can be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched. Email us immediately at info@artreestry.com with your order number and the correct address.
What if my parcel is lost in transit?
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Do you offer express or overnight shipping?
