1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Artreestry. By accessing or using our website at artreestry.com, browsing our collections, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services.

2. Products & Handmade Nature

All Artreestry products are handcrafted from natural marble and stone. As a result, every item is genuinely one-of-a-kind. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Natural Variation: Marble is a natural material. Each piece will have unique veining patterns, colour tones, and surface character that differ from product photography. Minor natural variations are not defects.
• Colour Accuracy: While we endeavour to represent colours accurately, screens vary. Actual marble tones may appear slightly different in person.
• Handmade Tolerances: Dimensions listed are approximate. Small size variations (±2–5mm) are inherent in handcrafted goods and are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time without notice.

Product listings, descriptions, and images are provided for informational purposes and are as accurate as reasonably possible.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an Order

By placing an order through artreestry.com, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Artreestry reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after confirmation, for reasons such as:

• Product unavailability or inventory errors
• Suspected fraudulent, unauthorised, or illegal activity
• Pricing errors on our website
• Failure of payment authorisation

Payment Methods

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and AfterPay (where available). All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.

Order Modifications

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not already been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at info@artreestry.com to request changes.

4. Pricing & Promotions

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Discount Codes

Discount codes (such as ARTREE10) are subject to the following conditions:

• One discount code per order unless otherwise stated
• Codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers
• Codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders
• Artreestry reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time

Free Shipping Threshold

Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $100 USD to eligible destinations. This threshold may change at any time and does not apply to express, overnight, or international expedited shipping options.

Taxes & Duties

Applicable sales taxes will be applied at checkout where required by law. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by their country's authorities. Artreestry has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Artreestry ships to the United States, Australia, and worldwide. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Standard Domestic (USA): 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Australia & International: 10–21 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance.

Artreestry is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your Artreestry piece. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with original packaging
• Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or items not in original condition may not be eligible
• Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless defective
• Gift cards and downloadable products (if any) are non-refundable

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@artreestry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on artreestry.com — including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, brand elements, graphics, text, and the Artreestry name — is the exclusive intellectual property of Artreestry and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any Artreestry content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing product links or images for personal reference) is permitted with appropriate attribution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Artreestry and its directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Personal injury or property damage arising from use of our products beyond reasonable care

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product(s) in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our products and services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas, USA.

For customers outside the United States, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the laws of your own country.

Artreestry reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
